Having been in the industry since 2004 and with a track record of owning and running successful Estate Agents throughout the Midlands, there are very few people in the industry who have a comparable breadth of experience in residential sales and valuations. Samuel prides himself on his ability to deliver an outstanding bespoke approach with a proven strategy for success. In his spare time, Samuel somehow finds time for his wife and two daughters, who of course want to be just like their Daddy when they grow up… Sarah Beany and Amanda Lamba… Look out!!!
Louris Dunn MNAEA Director
Louris is joint director of our business and is based in our Milton branch on a day to day basis. With 12 years in the industry under her belt and qualifications from the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) and the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) respectfully. Louris is from a large close-knit family and holds the strongest of family values which she instils with her two beautiful young daughters. Although probably too modest to accept these compliments, Louris is certainly well liked and respected amongst her peers, colleagues and family. We feel so lucky to have a director that really is the ‘salt of the earth’.
Andrew Hyland Valuations Manager
As an ex professional golfer, Andy is no stranger to working with clients at the middle to high end of the market place. Andy draws from 5 years experience of exceptional customer service and team management as a former General Manager at the highly regarded Greenway Hall Golf and Country Club in Stockton Brook. As our reputation for outstanding service continues to grow, Andy takes his role as Valuations Manager by the horns and is bringing superb properties of all sizes to the market day by day. In his spare time, Andy likes to relax by throwing a few arrows of an evening, and sometimes he even hits a 180! Andy is also a keen family man and enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and young son, and with another baby on the way, he’ll certainly have his hands full!
Stephanie George Office Manager
Stephanie has been with the company since day one and has always played an integral part in the successful running of our Milton branch. Stephanie runs an organised and extremely proactive office having years of experience within many aspects of the Customer Service industry. Stephanie is known within the office as ‘Carol’ as her mathematical skills are second only to Carol Vorderman herself. Out of the office, Stephanie is busy being a mum to three beautiful young children who most certainly keep her on her toes… in fact she most likely comes to work for a rest!
Carina Collis Property Marketing Manager
Carina is our resident photographer and is in charge of bringing your property to life and making the magic happen! She came to us in June 2016 with 10 years of marketing experience and a keen eye for detail. Carina also runs her own business, so whilst working with us during the day time, on the odd evening you may catch her pulling a pint at her own bar. As well as all of this, Carina is a mum to three fantastic young men and a beautiful Staffordshire Bull Terrior, who all run her ragged! They do say that if you want something doing right you should ask a busy person!
Sophie Titley Sales Negotiator
Since joining the Makepeace team early in 2017, Sophie is now a part of the furniture and is flourishing in her Sales Negotiator role within the Milton office. Sophie has a wealth of experience in customer services from her previous roles and this shines through on a daily basis with her warm and friendly character. Sophie is not one to shy away from a task and is always willing to go that extra mile to ensure all our customers are happy. Away from the hustle and bustle of the office, Sophie loves to be pampered and is always the one to have freshly painted nails, however, with the imminent arrival of her first baby, it will be interesting to see how long this continues. As Sophie heads off on Maternity Leave, she will be greatly missed by the team and we eagerly await her return later on in the year.
Katie Sromek Sales Negotiator
Following 5 years in a customer service role and prior to that, working with children with challenging behaviour, Katie graced us with her presence in August 2017. She brightens our lives on a daily basis with her fun and funky character and is most certainly a team player. Katie continues to go from strength to strength and is more than equipped to handle the demanding role we’ve laid out for her. Katie is a mum to a gorgeous little lad, has a passion for make-up, loves going to the gym and spending time with her family and friends.
Bethany Wittich Sales Negotiator
Beth is one of our more recent additions. With an infectious bright and bubbly character, she has settled in like a dream and is already proving to be a valuable member of our team. She’s got all the credentials of a first class Sales Negotiator after achieving A’s in her GSCE and A Level examinations. Prior to her current role, Beth has worked at a children’s home and at a bank as a Mortgage Account Manager, she is now excited to get her teeth stuck in here and give everything she’s got to help you buy and sell your properties. Out of the office, she loves spending time with her handsome little boy and cooking up a storm in the kitchen! We all eagerly await dinner time to see what delights she has brought in…believe me, the smell is always amazing!
Kirsten Mills Sales Negotiator
Full of passion and an eagerness to learn, Kirsten is another new member to our team. Currently in her last year of a Business Degree, she is keen to provide you with excellent customer service and the professionalism to guide you smoothly through the property buying/selling process. If you’re looking for a people person, look no further than our Kirsten! In her spare time Kirsten devotes her time to her family as she has a gorgeous young man to care for and with another baby on the way she’ll soon have her hands full. But with her experience in this fast paced industry, she’ll be more than ready to take on her new challenge.
Madison Shirley Viewings Coordinator
Marvellous Madison! Enthusiastic, bursting with energy and the perfect candidate to show off your property. Madison is probably our most complimented member of staff due to her professional manor and positive demeanour. Maddie is a superstar and a born performer. After recently receiving her Bachelor of Arts, she is now studying for her PGCE to become a Secondary School Teacher. Together with her fiancé, Madison is keen to take the first step onto the property ladder and is always on the look out for her perfect home.
Dino Vella Valuations/Lettings Director
Heading up our Kidsgrove office and our Lettings department, Dino brings with him over 10 years experience and a wealth of knowledge from the property sector. Having previously set up and run successful companies specialising in Energy Advice, Property Inventories and Property Auctions, Dino really does know his stuff! In fact, we value his industry reputation so highly that we are even willing to forgive him for his choice in football team! Dino is a family man and enjoys quality time with his wife and three children. In his spare time (which is almost never) you might spy him, pint in hand, enjoying a local indie gig, or at the football.
Louise Knight Senior Sales Negotiator
Louise has a great flare for organisation and a real knack for the personal approach. Another one of our resident mummies, Louise’s home life can be as fast paced as our office, keeping up with her 4 year old daughter! We all know mums are great at multi-tasking, and Louise is no exception! Putting her hand easily to all daily tasks, the professionalism she has is in her nature, and we have no doubt she will go far in this industry! We aren’t sure how happy her other half will be with us, when she’s redecorating every week though! But that comes part and parcel with the job.
Claire Jinks Sales Negotiator
Claire joined us recently from a retail background and sure has that customer focused approach. You will find her going that extra mile to make sure all of our customer’s expectations are not only met, but exceeded. A Mummy of two, nothing pleases Claire more than spending time with her family. In her work life, Claire gets her motivation from securing our vendor’s successful sale, and letting our landlord’s properties.
