Dino Vella Director
Dino holds over 13 years experience and a wealth of knowledge from the property sector. Before becoming the sole owner & Director our brand, Dino opened the doors at our Kidsgrove, and Hartshill branches, and made them a huge success. He took over the whole brand in 2019. His objective is to take the brand to the next level, one that you are happy to recommend, and one that we can all be proud to work for. He thrives on making sure that our customers are served in an amazing way that exceeds their expectations, whilst making sure that we achieve the maximum sale or letting value for everyone. Dino is a family man and enjoys quality time with his wife and three children. In his spare time (which is almost never) you might spy him at the gym, out on his bike with the kids, or at the football.
Jodie Chivers Marketing Manager
Jodie has an artistic eye, and a quirkiness about her photography and marketing. She gets a real kick out of making your bespoke adverts stand out. Having always worked within a customer service role, Jodie is always a popular figure with our vendors and landlords. Having recently started a little family of her own, Jodie first came into our Milton office as a customer, buying her first home from us, with her partner. Never shying away from any task given to her, Jodie has fast become a vital asset to us here at Samuel Makepeace. In her spare time, Jodie enjoys going to the gym and keeping fit, but her main priority would be looking after her little boy who often pops into the office to say hello!
Stephanie George Branch Manager
Stephanie has been with the company since day one and has always played an integral part in the successful running of our Milton branch. Stephanie runs an organised and extremely proactive office having years of experience within many aspects of the Customer Service industry. Stephanie is known within the office as ‘Carol’ as her mathematical skills are second only to Carol Vorderman herself. Out of the office, Stephanie is busy being a mum to three beautiful young children who most certainly keep her on her toes… in fact she most likely comes to work for a rest!
JORDAN MASSEY Property Valuations Manager
Jordan loves our busy office at Milton, and is a real asset to the team. He’s a strapping young lad, and is outnumbered by the ladies in the office, but he doesn’t seem to be scared off by all the hormones…Jordan is in charge of valuing your properties and is keen to deliver a fantastic customer service. Prior to this position, he had managed a Pawnbrokers and has recently graduated from Staffordshire University with a 2:1 Bachelor of Arts Degree in Terrorism and Criminology. Outside of work you’ll probably find Jordan cluttering a side line or shouting at the TV as he is a massive football fan, and for his sins, he’s a big Port Vale supporter (someone has to be!)
Louise Knight Senior Sales Negotiator
Louise has a great flare for organisation and a real knack for the personal approach. She has worked at every one of our branches, and been with us for a number of years. What she doesn’t know about moving home is quite frankly not worth knowing! She just loves keeping you in the loop on your property move, and oozes professionalism. We think Louise is a bit of a foodie, as her favourite question is “what are you having for tea?”!. Outside the office, Louise’ love is her daughter, and she really dotes over her. When she can, she enjoys meeting up with friends for a good catch up.
Sophie Titley Senior Sales Negotiator
Since joining the Makepeace team early in 2017, Sophie is now a part of the furniture and is flourishing in her Sales Negotiator role within the Milton office. Sophie has a wealth of experience in customer services from her previous roles and this shines through on a daily basis with her warm and friendly character. Sophie is not one to shy away from a task and is always willing to go that extra mile to ensure all our customers are happy. Away from the hustle and bustle of the office, Sophie loves to be pampered and is always the one to have freshly painted nails, however, with the recent arrival of her first baby, it will be interesting to see how long this continues.
Maddy Moore Sales Negotiator
One of the newer recruits here at Samuel Makepeace Milton is Maddy – with fantastic energy and a passion for delivering great customer service, Maddy is already proving to be a great asset to our Milton team. Prior to life in the estate agency, Maddy has worked within the retail industry, so she is confident at resolving problems and providing a professional but friendly service to our customers. In her spare time, you would find Maddy out socialising with her friends or out dancing at the weekend. She also loves a holiday, often jetting off across to the Mediterranean to catch them sunrays!
CLAIRE JINKS Branch Manager
Claire joined us from a retail background and sure has that customer focused approach. You will find her going that extra mile to make sure all of our customer’s expectations are not only met, but exceeded. A Mummy of two, nothing pleases Claire more than spending time with her family. In her work life, Claire gets her motivation from securing our vendor’s successful sale, and letting our landlord’s properties.
KIERAN MARROWSenior Sales Negotiator/Valuer
Kieran joined our Kidsgrove team at the beginning of 2019 and has instantly become a part of our furniture. Kieran is not only in charge of getting as much money as possible for your property, but he has gained a wealth of industry knowledge allowing him to become a accurate and efficient valuer. Having worked in retail for the last 6 years, Kieran’s attention to detail for customer service is second to none. Kieran is not only an all round nice chap, but has the brains to go with it too having recently graduated from Staffordshire University with a 2:1 Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports & Exercise Science. In his spare time you would typically find Kieran socialising or playing football with his friends.
Abigail HurstSenior Sales Negotiator
With a wealth of knowledge & experience in the property and finance industry, Abigail loves to help achieve high sales values and progress them from start to finish. Having worked in conveyancing in a previous role, Abbi really knows how to push along your transaction. Outside of helping all our lovely customers, Abbi loves to travel the world. So much so that she is currently studying Russian in her spare time. When she isn’t jet setting, she is usually looking after her horses and pets, and she loves nothing more than going along to cheer on her favourite football team.
Jaydene ThompsonSales Negotiator
We welcomed Jaydene to the Samuel Makepeace family with open arms. Jaydene is responsible for negotiating offers, managing sales and also works within our lettings department at both of our Kidsgrove and Hartshill branches. Jaydene has previously worked within recruitment so brings a whole load of knowledge and valuable experience with her. Outside of work you would probably find her at the gym, as she loves to keep herself fit. She also has a strong passion for netball; Jaydene plays in one of Stoke’s competitive leagues! We love a graduate here at Samuel Makepeace – with Jaydene recently graduating from Staffordshire University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy.
Kieran Woodward Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Kieran joined us from a retail and leisure background. Being another graduate, Kieran studied Management & Marketing at University. He has settled in very quickly, and has become one of the cogs in our ever growing team. He has brought with him a unique style of helping all our customers in their property journey, and he ensures that no stone is left unturned. When he’s not at work, Kieran likes to get out and about, and is a self-confessed traveller. He’s also into his designer gear, and likes to meet up with friends from time to time.
Georgia Hall Viewings Coordinator
Georgia joined the team in early 2020 bringing her exceptional people skills and enthusiasm to the Makepeace family. She has previously worked as part of a cabin crew for Thomas Cook Airlines, so Georgia has mastered the art of talking to customers, but most importantly making them feel comfortable. Georgia is in charge of showcasing your properties, accompanying viewings and also negotiating offers. Outside of work hours Georgia is a real sociable individual so you could typically find her at music festivals with her friends. As expected through her previous line of work, Georgia has already visited a lot of interesting cities throughout the world, and is keen to see even more!
